The Frosted Flute started from a love of celebrations and vintage vehicles. Our tap truck is a 1990 Piaggio Ape that made a long journey from Italy to serve you.
Recently renamed Bella, she has been a part of beautiful weddings, kid’s parties, teacher appreciation days and more. No matter the occasion, this little truck will be a fun, yet elegant focal point for your event!

In 2020, Katy Morgan ordered a little truck from Italy. With help from her dad, they custom-built the tap box on the back and Frosted Flute was born. In October 2024, Kyle and Christi Flaherty jumped at the opportunity to adopt Dolores and carry on the tradition of creating unique celebrations with the cutest little tap truck as the centerpiece.
In November 2025, Elmi and Leroy Martinez proudly became the new owners of The Frosted Flute. With hearts for service and a shared passion for creating memorable experiences, they knew this charming tap truck was the perfect way to bring people together. For Elmi and Leroy, it’s more than pouring drinks—it’s about celebrating life’s special moments, making guests feel cared for, and adding a personal touch to every event. Together, they are excited to continue the Frosted Flute legacy and help make every occasion unforgettable.
